Fourth Week of Teaching Practice (09/01/2023 -13/01/2023)
09/01/2023 Today 09/01/2023 is the fifteenth day at school. Arrived at school at 8.40 am. I signed the register and sat in the hall at 9.30 am. Arrived at school on time. After the usual activities, I went to the hall. Went to the restaurant to help serve breakfast to the students. Today for the first time I got the opportunity to see the school assembly of higher secondary. Prizes were distributed to the students who won prizes in the State School Arts Festival. The principal gave away prizes to the students. The students thanked their teachers for their hard work. In the afternoon we went to the mess hall to have lunch. At eleven o'clock in the morning the Parent-Teacher Association of the Higher Secondary Department took place. Today I had the 4th period. I continued with the lessons. My classroom management skills improved a lot. My fluency of English also improved.
10/09/2023 Today 10/01/2023 is the sixteenth day at school. Arrived at school at 8.40 pm. I signed the register and sat in the hall at 9.30 am. Arrived at school on time. After the usual activities, I went to the hall. Went to the restaurant to help serve breakfast to the students. Today i had observation of option , Veena ma'am reached the school on time. She was very happy with my classs.In the afternoon we went to the restaurant to have lunch. In the afternoon a function was held by the SPC in the name of Mikav. In this, DCP Lali felicitated the students who secured A + in the entire subject from SPC in the previous year. He inaugurated the programme. He was the brother of school principal Dan Lailas Sir. It was a very happy and proud moment to see both of them on the same stage.
11/01/2023 For the students' competition today, I devised a group exercise. Different groups of students received activities after being separated into them. Each group will receive points, and the winner will receive a special prize.
12/01/2023 Today is the eighteenth day at school. Arrived at school at 8.40 am. I signed the register and sat in the hall at 9.30 am. Arrived at school on time. After the usual activities, I went to the hall. Went to the mess hall to help serve breakfast to the students. In the afternoon we went to the mess hallt to have lunch.An eye check-up camp was held at a nearby hospital today. I continued with the lessons with a properly prepared lesson plan. I maintained good eye contact with the students.
